Even though it is inside the Windmill Ranches Gated Community, Marino's house has its own gate at the corner of the street, I guess it is to keep the fans away.

This looks like a place in the tropics. I like the trees and unspoiled view.
I noticed a grammar mistake:
Marino's house has it's own gate at the corner of the street...
Should be "its", not "it's".
One easy way to remember is that if you can replace with "it is", then "it's" is correct, otherwise not.
